The founders of Nitroinfusions, Nancy and Sebastian Prieto, started six years ago in Old Town, La Quinta, C.A.
We were looking to open an ice cream store in the US using Sebastian's grandfather's recipes to create organic, fresh ice cream but didn't want the typical "scoop and serve" style. We starting researching and found a chemistry teacher on YouTube who was teaching students how to make ice cream using Liquid Nitrogen, what a great idea!! So we started finding our ingredients, experimenting using the Liquid Nitrogen and found by using this method our ice cream was supreme...
Why do we use Liquid nitrogen (-321°)? Because this allows us to freeze ice cream to order, creating less ice particles and no air which results in a smoother, creamier ice cream. The base of our ice cream is 100% Organic with no preservatives, no additives and we use local fresh ingredients to create our flavors.
We have created more than 30 flavors and combinations that are hard to find anywhere else.
